Stimulus, Part II

The $819 billion (yikes, BILLION) stimulus bill has passed the House of Representatives 244 to 188, without one Republican voting in favor of it, and with 11 Democrats voting against it. Personally, I’m concerned about any stimulus plan that doesn’t even *hint* at having bipartisan support.

Are they going to better monitor how the funds are parceled out and then used? This skeptic says no way.
